OUR GOALS

SUPPORT AGROECOLOGY

The transition to more environmentally friendly agriculture represents a major global challenge. Agroecology is based on a production approach that respects ecosystems, avoiding the use of plowing and pesticides, and promoting the regeneration of ecosystems by helping plants to resist attacks by insects and bacteria, in order to place them in a stress-free environment conducive to their growth.

Thanks to the theory ofRedox Cross, support byOliver Husson, researcher at CIRAD, it is possible to identify the agents responsible for attacks on plants and soils, such as bacteria, insects or fungi, and to implement corrective measures to return plants to an environment without stress, conducive to their development. Indeed, healthy plants play a crucial role as energy drivers of the system, helping to restore balance.

If this measurement was complicated before, it is now possible in one click with Senseen scanners!  By integrating this measure into their daily management, farmers can promote more efficient use of resources, minimize environmental impacts and restore ecosystems.

KNOW WHAT YOU EAT

Senseen also focuses onthe evaluation of the nutritional quality of foods, thus allowing us to better understand the composition of our diet and the nutritional value of the products we consume. This initiative is particularly relevant because numerous recent studies reveal asignificant decrease in the nutritional quality of foods over time. To illustrate this phenomenon, we can take the example of an orange: the nutrients present in an orange from the 1950s are on average equivalent to those contained in 20 current oranges.

Thanks to its technologies, Senseen will be ability to accurately measure the nutritional quality of food products. This approach ensures high-quality food, from transparent production, respectful of health and sustainable for the future.
